Formed, not welded Concept 1 was welded, with HDPE bumpers and inserts. The release part is cut and formed 3 mm steel, stiffened by edge bends and embosses.
Proven by FEA A 12 kg load on the single 0.5-inch rigging point gives a minimum factor of safety of 3.02, against a 2.7 target for steel.
Fits what's on site VESA 100 × 100 and 200 × 100 holes, slots for #8 wood screws into studs, and an M10 slot for an off-the-shelf knob.
